The Workday on Workday is looking for an outstanding HCM professional to join the newly formed Solution Architecture team with an emphasis on platform Security (across all functional pillars) and Core HCM solutions.About the RoleThe primary responsibility of this role will be to research, ideate, create and implement innovative solutions. The Security & HCM Solution Architect will: -

• Draft, design and implement a WoW security framework that is efficient and scalable
• Identify opportunities to make operational improvements to security administration
• Apply cross-functional knowledge of delivered Workday applications to identify or create innovative solutions that enable business and product outcomes
• Participate in functional design reviews to help teams see around corners by identifying cross functional dependencies, impacts and risk during discovery
• Identify opportunities for improving configuration of existing features and drive ongoing efficiency and continued improvement of core configurations
• Lead cross functional project teams of WoW resources and engage other teams/resources as needed
• Serve as an internal advisor to functional teams by either participating in projects or coaching on an issue resolution About YouBasic Qualifications
  • Certified, expert level of functional experience in Workday HCM & Security
  • 10+ years of Workday implementation experienceOther Qualifications
    • Ability to coach, advise and support WoW Analysts on projects
    • Ability to identify and drive solutions to complex problems from issue to resolution
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Experience in a fast-paced work environment
      • Strong analytical problem solver with a willingness to formulate new and better ideas on how to implement delivery of professional services.
