Summary
What are the top 3-5 responsibilities expected of this worker?

• 
  
• Review and approve document store created item submission describing procedures for finished products made instore in the produce, deli, bakery, meat, and seafood departments.
  
• Review submission to determine that item descriptions are appropriate
  
• Review submission to ensure all ingredients are properly declared and used in item creation
  
• Review submission of safe handling conditions
  
• Revie submission to verify if cooking instructions are needed and correct expressed
  
• Review submission for compliance with company Freshness Code Date Requirements
  
• Communicate appropriate food safety protocols with division sales managers and correct store created item forms as needed.

  What are your top 3-5 skills in an ideal candidate?
  
  
  • 
    
  • Familiarity with FDA retail food code, or safe food handling practices in a food service environment.
    
  • Familiarity with FDA food labeling requirements
    
  • Working knowledge in food science, nutrition, dietetics, Food Safety or similar academic areas a plus

    • Proficient in Computer- Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint.
