Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Assist in setting up all new communities, plans and vendors in the
procurement systems
Assist in setting up and maintaining model credits and production
rebates
Conduct a monthly review of option pricing to ensure accuracy and
suggest changes to sales
pricing where appropriate
Collect various reports and documents required to solicit bid
proposals for construction of new
homes
Post and maintain reports and documents for website postings and
internal shared drives
Provide training to contractors and suppliers on access and usage
of company website
Assist in building and managing specifications of products required
to construct new homes
Provide Sourcing, Designers, Sales, and Construction Managers with
information needed to communicate and execute standard and optional
offerings
Collect bid proposals for Sales and Model Complexes
Perform related administrative/clerical duties as assigned
