*US - Facilities Svcs Associate II - US3**Onsite @ Palo Alto CA**Duration: 06+ Months**Pay Rate: $21.15/hr**Description: *- Fluently speak, read, and write in preferred local language(s) and English.- Provide concierge services and general information to help facilitate visits to Client, (e.g., generic businessinformation, conference room reservations, transportation assistance, directions, hotel information, localrestaurants, etc.) where requested by Client.- Possess a thorough knowledge of the facility to assist new and visiting employees with Site navigationand provide a general overview of available Site services and amenities. Ensure proper escorts arearranged for Non-Client workers within Client facilities, (e.g., visitors, customers, guests).- Take ownership for the entire reception area, including but not limited to ensuring the environment isclean, tidy, and well represented of a Client facility.- Respond to complaints in a timely, professional, and courteous fashion while projecting a positive image.Anticipate the needs of customers and guests, whenever possible. Register and provide a temporarybadge to visitors, customers, suppliers, short-term Client contingent workers and client retirees (if retiree doesnot possess a Client retiree photo badge).- Answer telephone, transfer calls and provide general assistance.
