Up to $125K base + 10% bonus -

A leading and stable food manufacturing company is seeking a Sr. Controls Specialist to join its plant engineering team in the Modesto -region. This is a key hands-on role supporting equipment upgrades, troubleshooting, and control system optimization in a high-volume production environment.

  What You'll Do:
  
  
  • 
    
  • 
    Program and troubleshoot PLCs (ControlLogix), HMIs, VFDs, and motor control systems
    
    
  • 
    Lead electrical maintenance and support equipment upgrades
    
    
  • 
    Develop control system standards and ensure equipment runs efficiently
    
    
  • 
    Collaborate on facility expansion or equipment improvements
    
    
    
    What We're Looking For:
    
    
    • 
      
    • 
      5+ years of experience in industrial controls, ideally within food manufacturing
      
      
    • 
      Hands-on experience with Allen-Bradley ControlLogix, HMI development, and electrical schematics
      
      
    • 
      Knowledge of instrumentation, VFD/pump control, and motor wiring
      
      
    • 
      HS diploma or engineering degree -
