about making a difference? Join our dedicated team and help make an
impact in a mission driven non-profit. We are seeking a Part Time,
Marketing & Events Assistant. The candidate should be a creative
and detail oriented individual who will support PACE's marketing,
communications, and special events efforts. This role is ideal for
someone skilled in event coordination, social media, graphic design
and hands-on marketing projects. Position is 10-15 hours per week.
Requirements: Job Responsibilities: Assist with planning and
execution of fundraising events, community events and donor
appreciation events including supporting event logistics and be
present at events. Assist in coordinating volunteers and staff for
events. Assist with event setup, breakdown and day of event (some
weekends or evenings may be required). Create and update marketing
graphics and materials using Canva. Assist with social media
content creation and posting. Support email marketing efforts.
Assist with donor acknowledgements. Provide general administrative
support to the team. Knowledge & Experience: Must be at least 21
yrs of age. Must have high school diploma or equivalent. Must have
familiarity with Canva and social media platforms. Must have valid
CA driver's license and clean driving record Must be willing to
physically assist during events including lifting and carrying
boxes, standing, squatting and walking for extended periods of time
Ability to use computer keyboard
