products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution,
end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc). Preferred qualifications: MBA or Master's
degree. Experience as a product manager for advertising-related
products. Experience in highly-matrixed cross-functional product

on Search is the core of Google’s business, impacting people

business. Search Ads Automation is how Google connects advertisers
with potential customers based on the user’s search, matching the
right query intents, to the best tailored ad creative, priced to
deliver return on investment (ROI) advertisers expect. Google Ads
is focusing on having the right narrative, tools, and product
offerings to continue delivering the best ROI in a way that aligns
with how advertisers want to test and measure themselves. Google
Ads is helping power the open internet with the best technology
that connects and creates value for people, publishers,
advertisers, and Google. We’re made up of multiple teams, building
Google’s Advertising products including search, display, shopping,
travel and video advertising, as well as analytics. Our teams
create trusted experiences between people and businesses with
useful ads. We help grow businesses of all sizes from small
businesses, to large brands, to YouTube creators, with effective
advertiser tools that deliver measurable results. We also enable
Google to engage with customers at scale. The US base salary range
for this full-time position is $192,000-$278,000 bonus equity
benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and
location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work
location and additional factors, including job-related skills,
experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can

incrementality efforts refine/drive the Search Ads perspective on
incrementality narrative and claims, A/B and conversion lift
priorities/best practices, and inform what new products should be
built tailored to this space. Partner with other teams in Search
Ads to update the point of view on Search Ads in media mix models
(MMM). Take the lead on new, strategic projects that cut across
Search Ads as they arise. Find opportunities and make data-driven
cases for new initiatives. Become the trusted product manager for
complex, high-visibility, high-impact projects.
