This Office Manager Position Features:

1.Oversees all daily activities for the Support Staff, Service and
Construction Departments. Supports each position and is able to
backup when on vacation or Illness. Conducts weekly Support Staff
Meeting. Performs Annual Reviews.
2.Responsible for all Parts Inventory and Gas Inventory. Inputs
Material Pull Tickets for parts and gas pulled from inventory on a
weekly basis. Maintains an acceptable level set by Management,
reorders as needed. Completes monthly physical inventory,
reconciliation with GL, and Monthly Inventory Audit reports for
3.Maintains Filemaker and Timberline Inventory Price List. Updates
price changes or new equipment as needed for three subsidiaries
4.Verifies accuracy of all data input for Timberline and work with
Controller for a timely month end close.
5.Verifies completeness of the check list for monthly reports
generated by all departments.
6.Reviews invoices for Service and Construction Jobs, for accuracy
in accordance with company guidelines. Approves credit memos prior
to issuance to customer.
7.Responsible for all A/R collections. Communicates with Support
Staff, Salesman, Project Managers, regarding work progress, job
status, and potential problems with collections.
8.Maintains all Company Licenses, City Business License,
Contractors License, and Trucking BIT Program.
9.Reviews all payroll prior to processing. Approves time cards for
Support Staff. Verifies Labor Reconciliations performed by Customer
10.Reviews Purchase Orders for accuracy and print for the President
to sign. Return Purchase Orders to authorized buyers to complete
11.Responsible for producing quarterly compensation reports
12.Assists with producing all certified payroll reports including
apprentice reports and contributions.
13.Assists Service and Construction on contract Review
Required: Associates Degree in Business. 3 to 5 years of Office
Manger experience. Fire Protection background a plus. Four years'
experience working in a corporate environment . Ability to organize
and effectively administer/ coordinate diverse functions. A We are
