About the Go-To-Market Business Technology Team: The Business
Technology Go-To-Market team works in close partnership with our
business partners to help fuel growth and revenue goals for
Workday, along with driving exceptional Customer and employee
experiences. The team is responsible for developing and supporting
innovative architecture-led solutions for our Marketing, Sales,
Services, Customer Support & Legal business functions across our
technology stack including Adobe Experience Manager (Cloud),
Salesforce, SnapLogic, Conga/Apttus, AWS, Coveo Search Platform,
Okta and others About the Role The Business Systems Analyst (BSA)
at Workday will be part of our Business Technology Go-To-Market
(GTM) Enterprise Applications team, responsible for designing
digital customer experience, developing customer facing properties,
and implementing CRM solutions. The BSA will work with business
stakeholders and Business Technology development teams to drive
customer journey and digital engagement projects aimed at providing
our customers with cohesive, personalized experiences across
Workday properties. This hands-on technical role demands knowledge
of business processes, Agile development methodologies along with a
strong analytical skills. The ideal candidate will have direct,
hands-on- experience in Content Management Systems (CMS),
Salesforce.com, Identity Management, Federated Search and UI/UX
design. Experience in other large BI, CRM or ERP enterprise systems
is preferred but not required. Responsibilities Work closely with
business partners to understand business processes, goals and gaps.
Collaborate with Business Technology development teams and other
business analysts in the planning, prioritization, design,
development and deployment of new projects & system enhancements.
Responsible for understanding business requirements and creating
documentation as needed; i.e. Business requirements documents
(BRDs), process flows, business cases, gap analysis (as is vs. to
be), functional design documents etc. Leverage business knowledge
and expertise to identify opportunities for process improvements.
Analyze and initiate configurations and customization of the
Salesforce system and participate in the change management and go
live support processes. Facilitate review sessions with functional
owners, subject matter experts and end-user representatives.
Coordinate and perform system testing to ensure requirements are
met. Work closely with project team during user acceptance testing
(UAT); including tracking issues through to resolution and securing
end user acceptance sign-off. About You Experience/ Skills
Requirements Must have web and content management system experience
: Adobe Experience Manager is preferred, other CMS experience will
be considered such as Drupal, Alfresco, Magento etc. Must have
hands-on experience working producing technical user stories for
the delivery of cloud-based, personalized online interactive
experiences to external customers Bachelor's degree in Computer
Science with Business Management, Information Management Systems
(or related field) or equivalent experience required. 5+ years
hands-on Business Systems Analyst experience supporting business
stakeholders in various groups such as Support, Services and
Partners on a global, enterprise system. Experience with UI/UX,
Identity Management and Federated Search End to end implementation
experience including issue management, communication and change
management. Facility with Agile development methodologies,
including Scrum Master experience Strong project management skills
including the ability to define the project scope, establish a
timeline, coordinate resources, communicate status, and manage the
delivery of results. Preferred Requirements: Salesforce experience
preferred (administration and integration) Experience with Service
Cloud, Customer Support, Case Management and Communities is
