RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client in Pleasanton, CA that is seeking a Process Solution Analyst.

Responsibilities:

  • In this role, the Process Solution Analyst will be partnering with Consumer Information Management Platform process owners and key stakeholders to identify, document, evaluate, and document process improvement opportunities that increase productivity, efficiency, quality, or customer satisfaction and/or reduce expenses and eliminate waste
  • Leading process solution requirements activities, working with multiple stakeholder groups, ensuring proper coordination with business process owners
  • Documenting, communicating and translating requirements effectively and facilitating discussion of business process changes and collaboration with Consumer Information Management Platform process stakeholders to agree on overall solution timeline
  • The Process Solution Analyst will be designing, developing, configuring, testing and deploying the solutions primarily leveraging modern Microsoft Office 365 business applications already available within the enterprise
  • Working with process owners on completing business readiness documentation to prepare for business readiness and adoption of new process solution
  • Documenting, maintaining, and sharing best practices and offering guidance and recommendations for additional process changes and potential solutions
  • Working with process owners in defining and capturing business process metrics that provide ongoing governance and process performance monitoring
  • As a Process Solution Analyst, you will be collaborating with internal IT rolling out Microsoft Office 365 technology to understand the availability, capabilities and rollout timing of Microsoft Office 365 solutions and features
    Job Requirements:REQUIREMENTS:
    • Bachelor's degree required
    • 3+ years of experience in business process analysis, documentation and design in MS Visio or comparable documentation tool for processes that touch multiple business groups who all use multiple, disconnected solutions to support independent processes required
    • 2+ years of experience building, testing and deploying end-to-end business process solutions with combinations of multiple modern Microsoft Office 365 applications required, including: MS PowerApps, MS Flow, MS Teams, MS SharePoint Online, MS Planner, MS PowerBI, MS Excel, MS OneDrive, and MS Outlook
    • Basic HTML skills to customize the look and feel of built solutions required
    • Basic experience in MS Office 365 Add-Ins required and APIs to extend MS Business Solutions required
