What you will be doing Albertson's Companies is looking for people
who are interested in re-imagining the grocery experience by
harnessing the power of digital technologies to optimize how we
reach our customers. As a Measurement & Analytics Analyst, you'll
tell the story of our marketing strategies in partnership with some
of the world's most recognized brands. Working holistically at both
the account and brand level, you will lead analytics of digital
media campaigns. As these opportunities are identified, you will
manage the end-to-end reporting processes, including reviewing and
being accountable for measurement plans, partnering with
cross-functional teams to understand and adhere to various media
specs across channels. As a critical thought partner internally,
you will be relied upon to be a data and reporting expert
supporting merchandising and marketing priorities for your assigned
category. You will be a critical member of the Measurement &
Audience team reporting into one of our Sr. Managers. The position
can be based in Pleasanton CA, Minneapolis MN, Chicago IL, or
remote as required. What we are searching for - A bachelor's degree
in Business, Marketing, Statistics or equivalent experience. - 1+
years of direct experience in digital media operations and
execution in ad technology including Ad Serving, Media Platforms,
LiveRamp and/or relevant digital media tools. - A passion for
testing and measurement and telling a story with data. - Hands on
experience with a broad set of analytics tools (customer, site,
media, & Data Science a plus). - Skilled in SQL, deep Excel
expertise, advanced languages & techniques a plus (e.g., R,
Python). - Direct experience in MarTech / AdTech tools (e.g., data
onboarding, ESP, Google, Facebook). - Ability to develop
relationships, influence and collaborate across all level. -
Ability to manage competing priorities and multi-task to meet
deadlines. - Strong communication and presentation skills. -
Ability to build, motivate and lead teams to successful results -
Ability to work and influence a cross-functional team including
media operations, product management and business sales teams
