Exciting opportunity to join an independently owned, federally registered investment adviser. Our client is fee only and services includes: portfolio management, wealth management, financial planning, etc. If you are someone who enjoys cultivating relationships, providing wealth management advice, and developing your professional skills, this is the role for you!

Client Service Administrator to provide operational support to our wealth advisor team. Under general supervision, the Client Service Administrator performs back office support tasks to open, maintain, and close accounts at multiple custodians.

Responsibilities include:

l preparing, processing, tracking and maintaining client paperwork;

l monitoring the progress of the account opening process and working with clients and the custodian to resolve any issues;

l tracking the transfer of assets;

l processing client-related cash management and administrative requests (e.g., check requests, wiring funds, and change of address)

l assisting with client billing;

l updating client information in customer relationship management (CRM) software and portfolio accounting software

Requirements

Keys:

+ 2+ years in an operational capacity in financial services

+ Experience working directly with custodians to open accounts
