BD / Marketing Coordinator - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -Reports to: Business Development ManagerFLSA Status: Non-Exempt Position SummaryConstruction Experience desired! -The Marketing -Coordinator supports the Sales and Preconstruction Department and staff under the guidance of the Business Development -Manager with general office responsibilities, obtaining bid documents, tracking sales goals, marketing, preparing bid proposals, coordinating trade shows, business development, etc. - This is a fast-paced work environment requiring strong communication skills. - Duties & Responsibilities

  • Prepare Bid Forms - bid bonds & DVBE's.
  • Deliver bids when requested
  • Attend Pre-Bid Meetings/Job Walks (Very Seldom)
  • Prepare forecast reports for region
  • Prepare prequalification documents for BUSINESS for region
  • Download & print plans & specs.
  • Pick up plans when required.
  • Run, review and email Dodge report to manager(s)
  • Assist in setting up new projects in CRM.
  • Update contact information in outlook and coordinate any mass mailings, email blasts
  • Assist in Sales meetings.
  • Order and maintain all product literature and samples in the literature library & sample room in both the Dixon and Pleasanton offices.
  • Process order-entries in JDE.
  • Manage Contract administration and processes.
  • Internal event coordination.
  • Assist with ordering/catering of local office lunches, etc. for Sales / Office
  • Maintain for the Region.
  • Assist with Division Review PowerPoint Presentation.
  • May perform other tasks as required or directed.
  • Manage Social Media outputs.
  • Manage Photography - projects, social media, update offices.
  • Become a notary
  • Travel within the region when necessary

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing or Communications
    • 2 years' experience as Administrative Assistant for Sales or MarketingMinimum QualificationsEducation/Experience
      • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
        • High School diploma with at least 2 years experience in an administrative roleKnowledge/Skills
          • Good written and verbal communication skills
          • Good organizational and time management skills
          • Good computer skills
            • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
            • Knowledge of Bluebeam
            • Able to prioritize and multi-task
            • Able to work in fast-paced, environment dealing with multiple personalities and changing needs
            • Detailed oriented
            • Effective in meeting deadlines and problem solving
            • Must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment with multiple regional team membersCustomer Service Skills:
