Jazz Home Services is looking for driven individuals with 1+ years of sales experience to take on the role of HVAC Lead Generation Specialist to generate appointments with customers in our Bay Area Costco locations. The HVAC Lead Generation Specialist role requires effective appointment setting and closing skills, the ability to WOW our customers, exemplary verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to 'get the job done'. This individual must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, energetic, and someone that loves talking to people.   RESPONSIBILITIES OF AN HVAC LEAD GENERATION SPECIALIST

  • Smile, initiate conversation, and engage with Costco customers
  • Create an excellent first impression, present our services, and generate leads/appointments for our HVAC Sales team
  • Present oneself as knowledgeable and professional when interacting with customers
  • Listen to and educate customers on their HVAC equipment sales options
  • Input customer appointments into appropriate scheduling system (Service Titan / Costco software etc.)
  • Work with Sales and Install teams to schedule customer appointments
  • Track and follow up with customers on outstanding appointments
  • Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and annual goals
  • Actively participate in all training sessions and meetings
  • Other duties as assigned

    QUALIFICATIONS OF AN HVAC LEAD GENERATION SPECIALIST
    
    • 1+ years HVAC Sales and/or Customer Service experience preferred
    • Prior experience in Telemarketing, Inside Sales, Lead Generation and/or appointment setting is a plus
    • Must have a passion for interacting with people and providing exceptional customer service
    • Must have an engaging and enthusiastic personality with the ability to build rapport with potential customers
    • Must have a persuasive and confident attitude with a customer-focused approach
    • Must have a goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed targets
    • Must be able to handle objections and rejection professionally
    • Must keep a positive and resilient attitude, even in challenging situations
    • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple leads and appointments
    • Must have excellent written and communication skills
    • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Must be trainable/coachable
    • Must have a strong work ethic
    • Must demonstrate highest level of integrity - doing the right thing even when no one is watching
    • Familiarity with Service Titan software a plus!
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office a plus
    • Must have reliable transportation
    • Must be able to pass background check, drug screen, and have a valid CA driver's license with an acceptable driving record
    • Must be authorized to work in the United States
      PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS OF AN HVAC LEAD GENERATION SPECIALIST
      
      • Must be able to sit/stand for extended periods of time

        Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year (combination of hourly rate and commission depending on experience and sales)
        Schedule: Dayshift (depending on Costco store hours), Weekends
