Team The Services Sales Enablement team helps enable high
performance in the Workday Services Sales team globally with
operations, tools, and training programs. Partnering with other
corporate and field organizations including professional services
delivery, services sales leadership, subscription sales, IT, and
marketing. We are looking for an upbeat individual who is ready to
dig in and help us get to the next level on our team's systems and
tools for our field customers, the Services Sales Executives! About
the Role The Systems Analyst will be very detailed, self-motivated,
results-oriented, and an excellent verbal and written communicator.
Our employees are at the core of our business which means having a
partnership approach as a trusted advisor to guide and collaborate
with multi-functional teams in this role. You'll work to maintain
and improve the processes, systems, and tools needed by Sales
Executives. This role requires analysis of business processes to be
solved with configuration solutions. Our distributed team works
closely with other Workmates to ensure we're providing an
outstanding experience for our partners and customers. Our roles
are fast-paced and focus on analyzing challenging problems and
coming up with solutions to a variety of critical operational
issues. About You Excellent analytical, strategic conceptual
thinking, strategic planning, and execution skills You enjoy
collaborating to find solutions that create a smooth sales process
You thrive in an environment where you have the ability to impact
our business Ability to work independently, with general direction
and mentorship Ability to interpret, analyze, and resolve
operational issues Align with leadership to understand business
priorities and develop initiatives to support strategic goals and
reporting Prioritize work based on urgency and impact Maintain
content over time to ensure accuracy Ability to travel up to 25% of
the time Basic Qualifications 3+ years in Sales or Sales Operations
Sales business processes: preferably pipeline, forecasting,
operational reporting, and experience with data management and
analysis. CRM Admin level experience (Salesforce preferred) Other
Qualifications Smartsheets, Clari, Tableau, Zimit or CPQ experience
