here. About the TeamAs a Regional Sales Director on our Net New
team, you will use your extensive experience and domain expertise
to lead, coach and mentor a team of Account Executives selling
Workday Solutions to new logos in our Medium Enterprise team. If

- As a Regional Sales Director, you will lead a team of
passionate, enthusiastic and a successful people who want to be

- This role will be responsible for leading GTM strategies, sales
execution strategies, and ultimately forecasting the business.
- As the leader of the Emerging Markets team, you will also be
responsible for working with extended team leadership to further
drive strategy and results.
- You will be a key sales leader on the team focused on driving
revenue into net new Medium Enterprise prospects.
- Your team will manage sales cycles through orchestrating
internal teams of pre-sales, value management, and other sales
- You will be responsible for developing and executing on local
marketing strategies in partnership with marketing support.
- You will employ effective selling strategies to successfully
position Workday as a viable cloud partner of choice to alternative
to legacy ERP solutions.About You
- Based in the San Francisco Bay area
- Experience as a leader in a team selling environment.
- Previous experience in sales leadership, ideally focused on new
logo acquisition. Preferred experience in ERP or other financial
business solutions or platform sales.
- Ability to provide feedback, coach and develop team to
constantly up-level performance.
- Understand the competitive landscape and customer needs so you
can effectively position Workday.
- History of cultivating mutually beneficial relationships with
strategic partners and alliances.
- Proven ability in managing sales cycles from start to finish
with a track record of successful revenue attainment.
- Proven experience of pulling together different business units
to maximize on sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and timely customer, pipeline, and forecast
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

of this job is listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work
location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role
may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific
