We are on the hunt for a Sales/Office Manager who's not afraid to
flex their competitive muscles and lead our dynamic practice to new
heights. With the expansion of two locations under our belt, we
need a trailblazer personality to step up and show how it's done.
You'll be the maestro of high ticket sales presentations for a
unique chiropractic technique and other health service, and the
driving force behind our office performance. If you're a critical
thinker who's always two steps ahead and ready to make an impact,
then it's time to unleash your potential and join our unstoppable
team!
Responsibilities:
--- Drive revenue growth, aiming for 20% year-on-year increase, by
leading high-ticket sales presentations, including neuropathy
services
--- Achieve an 80% conversion rate for patient appointments -
--- Launch new messaging and pivot strategies to ensure success
--- Build and coach a team of A-players, with 90% of the team
reaching A-player status within a year
--- Provide ongoing coaching and set priorities for team members to
achieve targets
--- Develop and maintain a strong relationship with staff and
doctors, holding them accountable for high execution standards
--- Manage and execute scoreboards and rocks at 80% efficiency,
pivoting as needed
--- Lead team meetings and conduct effective one-on-one
sessions
--- Balance high standards with high connection, demonstrating
resilience in the face of challenges
Qualifications:
--- Years of proven experience in sales, office management, or a
similar role, with a track record of executing new ideas
--- Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities,
identifying root causes and bringing solutions to the table
--- Able to thrive in chaos and set the cadence of execution
--- Strategic partner (we say "batteries included") because you
will bring your own energy and partnership ideas into the role.
--- Prioritize outcomes over procedure and superficial tasks aimed
solely at drawing attention to themselves.
--- Strong leadership qualities, able to delegate, influence a
team
