• Serve as the first contact for prospective home buyers and provide a fantastic customer experience through email, live chat, and phone calls
• Call buyers and coordinate transactions through the close of escrow
• Provide buyers with updates on the status of their build, set clear expectations, and answer all questions/concerns
• Coordinate introductions and meetings between the buyer and the team/vendors
• Prepare purchase agreements and all related real estate documents, ensuring they are complete and compliant
• Process cancellations, facilitate re-pricing, and return home back to market with sales leader
• Provide real-time feedback and analytics to Sales and Closing department
• Manage contingency file follow up and conditional loan approval
• Coordinate & plan meetings and times for steps of the home buying process including design studio appointment, dusty shoe walk, sign-off, document signing, key release, etc.Requirements
  • 1+ years' experience supporting a real estate sales team
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Intermediate computer and internet skills
  • Effective writing, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly and maintain a positive attitude
