looking for a highly-skilled Indirect Sales Partner Manager, keen
to keep our revenue engine running with a focus on growth of
hospitality partnerships to join our global team. Position to be
based in Europe . In your role as a Partner Manager within the
Enterprise Indirect Sales Team, your overarching responsibility is
to successfully drive and develop the Partner Sales channel taking
an active part in growing the business. You will drive lead
generation via both new and existing partnerships within our
well-established Acquiring and PSP services to achieve revenue and
sales targets. You will report to the Head Enterprise Indirect
Sales – Digital and Travel within the Enterprise Merchant Services
division of Worldline. You will be responsible for all commercial
aspects of relationship management of both an established portfolio
of partners and pipeline of new strategic partners who refer and/or
resell Worldline payment services. This role is focused on
Travel/hospitality related partners including CRS, PMS, booking
engines, and acceptance gateways. The role encompasses the building
of and ongoing management of relationships, contracts, lead
generation, commercial negotiations, partner onboarding, education
on our payment methods and core value proposition, and performance
monitoring. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Nurture and accelerate
revenue growth via driving new leads from existing partnerships
portfolio Identify, hunt and generate business opportunities
including negotiation of commercial terms with new strategic
partners Understand competitor’s products in terms of positioning,
features and account acquisition strategies Ensure the technical
connectivity with Channel partners is best in class Partner
onboarding/compliance Partnership Enablement (trainings,
collateral, marketing initiatives, etc) at both partner and within
Worldline Tracking of partner related pipeline and revenue Conduct
Business reviews with partners Who Are We Looking For We look for

are passionate about the payment/FinTech industry and eager to
deepen your knowledge. On top of that, you also: More than 8 years’
experience within strategical partnerships and sales, negotiated
contracts, guided implementation and/or managed existing accounts
Full working proficiency in English Bachelor’s degree in related
field Previous experience from the payment industry in hospitality
sales or partnerships & ideally part of an active business network
within the sector You have an international, intercultural
competence with the necessary sense for individual concerns. Result
driven sales skills and proven overperformer Can-do attitude,
pro-active and collaborative approach in signalling and picking up
new challenges and opportunities Highly skilled with business
forecasting and strong contract negotiator Structured mindset –
ability to manage multiple facets of partnership management and
