Overview: We are seeking a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist
(LMFT) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker ( LCSW) to join our team
and provide high-quality mental health services to individuals,
couples, and families. This role is ideal for a compassionate
professional who is committed to making a meaningful impact in the
lives of underserved communities while upholding the values of
integrity, empathy, and excellence. Key Responsibilities: Provide
individual, family, and group therapy in accordance with clinical
best practices. Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to
client needs. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in
compliance with agency and state requirements. Collaborate with
multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care. Participate in
case consultations, staff meetings, and ongoing training. Support
Advent's mission and vision through ethical and professional
practice. Qualifications: Current California LMFT or LCSW license
in good standing. Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience
(preferred). Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic
modalities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
