seeking a Customer Service Representative to support our logistics
operations. This position is ideal for someone with at least 1 year
of experience in a similar role who thrives in a fast-paced
environment and enjoys working with clients and internal teams.
Fluency in Russian is required due to frequent communication with
Russian - speaking team members. Key Responsibilities: Communicate
with clients to confirm orders, resolve issues, and provide timely
update Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
through professional service Monitor shipment status and coordinate
delivery information with internal teams Assist with data entry and
documentation in logistics systems Follow up with drivers and
carriers to ensure on-time deliveries Support dispatchers and
office staff with customer-related tasks Requirements: At least 1
year of experience in customer service (logistics or transportation
preferred) Fluent English (spoken and written) Excellent
communication and problem-solving skills Strong organizational and
multitasking abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity
